About me

I am a highly acclaimed visual artist, photographer, and new media developer with a profound passion for capturing the beauty of natural history and environmental conservation through my lens. My multidisciplinary background and expertise in new media technologies have allowed me to showcase my artistic vision and make a positive impact in the field of visual storytelling.
Throughout my career, I have garnered recognition as a multi-award-winning photographer, showcasing my unique fusion of artistry and love for the natural world. I have embarked on captivating journeys into wildlife, ecological processes, and environmental conservation, creating stunning imagery that captures the beauty and importance of our planet.
My early professional life in Spain nurtured my passion for photography, environmental sciences, and natural history. I gained valuable experience working for record and music management companies, as well as renowned organizations like Greenpeace and Amnesty International. This diverse background has shaped my artistic perspective and commitment to social and environmental causes.
As a New Media Developer and Digital Assets Manager at Adrian Bloom Horticultural Ltd and Bloompictures.com, I played a pivotal role in the transition to digital asset management, contributing to the success of one of the UK's premier botanical picture libraries. My expertise in new media technologies and digital strategy has been further utilized in my role as the New Media Manager at The Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research, where I collaborated on projects for esteemed institutions such as the European Union, The British Council, The British Library, and The Natural History Museum.
In addition to my terrestrial photography, I am also an experienced drone pilot, capturing breathtaking aerial perspectives on three different continents. Furthermore, my underwater photography skills have been honed through extensive work in Europe and Oceania, including Australia, Indonesia, New Zealand, and Polynesia.
While I have worked on a variety of projects, including stock, editorial, advertising, and fashion, my true passion lies in creating fine art projects that evoke emotion and provoke thought.
